Welcome to baselineprint.com. We provide our website as a service to our customers. By accessing or using baselineprint.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms govern your use of the site. Please read them carefully before using our services. Baselineprint.com reserves the right to make changes to this site and its Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of the site after such changes constitutes your agreement to be bound by them.

We may also communicate legal notices and updates electronically by posting them on baselineprint.com or, at our discretion, by sending them to the email address you provided during registration. If you wish to withdraw your consent to receive communications electronically, you can email us at orders@baselineprint.com. However, doing so will require you to discontinue using your account on baselineprint.com

Baselineprint.com contains graphics, images, layouts, artwork, text, fonts, software tools, and other content (collectively referred to as "Content"). This site and its content are the copyrighted property of baselineprint.com and/or its licensors. All rights are reserved worldwide. You may not copy, distribute, publish, or use any portion of the content unless explicitly allowed in these Terms and Conditions. Baselineprint.com reserves the right to modify, add, or delete any content at any time without notice.

You are granted access to baselineprint.com for the sole purpose of preparing, evaluating, and ordering products or services (referred to as "Products") offered by baselineprint.com. You are prohibited from downloading, retaining, or distributing any portion of the content beyond what is necessary to order and receive products. By obtaining products from baselineprint.com, you do not acquire rights to any part of the site's content other than the finished products as supplied by us.

You agree to use the site responsibly and comply with these Terms, as well as local laws, including import/export regulations. You will not use the site to produce products that are offensive, unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harmful, or otherwise objectionable. Additionally, you will not incorporate any third-party trademarks, service marks, or copyrighted material into your products unless you have obtained the necessary permissions.

By placing an order with baselineprint.com, you warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to do so and authorize baselineprint.com to produce the products on your behalf.

Once an order has reached "Approved" status, it cannot be stopped or cancelled. No refunds will be issued for approved orders.

We are committed to providing the best printing experience and products. If there are any issues with your order, you must report them within five (5) business days. You can contact our Customer Service Department at (702) 518-9960 or email us at orders@baselineprint.com.

Our customer service team will document your complaint and assist in resolving the issue. Any defects or order issues must be reported within five business days of receiving your order. We may request that you submit digital photos of the defects, and in some cases, we may ask you to return defective products at your expense. If we determine a defect exists, we may reimburse you for return shipping costs. Charges related to expedited orders (e.g., rush printing or shipping) are non-refundable unless FedEx delivers a defective product or fails to deliver an order.

Reprint turnaround times may vary depending on available production capacity and are at our discretion. Turnaround time begins only after we receive final proof approval in writing (no verbal approvals will be accepted).

We are not responsible for any errors in your printing job once artwork is submitted.

Please note that color proofs are not an exact match for the final printed product. Proofs are created using different methods than the printed pieces, and customer-supplied proofs are not calibrated to our presses.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless baselineprint.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, and suppliers from any liability, loss, claim, or expense arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions. You further agree to defend and hold harmless baselineprint.com from any claims related to improper use of trademark, copyright, or other protected material.

We reserve the right to refuse service or products to any person or organization at our discretion.
